A website I recently discovered is yourgolfcourses.com. It serves up loads of ‘best of’ golf courses lists for a whole range of destinations around the United States.
There are some great resources out there which list out the Top 100 golf courses. But outside of those lists, it is sometimes difficult to know which is a half-decent course or not.
Well yourgolfcourses.com features a whole series of lists, either by state (Florida, Arizona, California etc) or by golf destination (Charleston, Naples, Palm Springs etc) highlighting the best golf courses. It keeps things at a relatively high-level, giving you enough detail on each course but also not too much.
I particularly enjoyed the reading about the best golf courses in Myrtle Beach.
There is also a whole range of ‘best of’ lists for public golf courses as well as a handful of lists featuring golf resorts. For example there was an interesting post exploring what is the best golf resort in the US. Spoiler Alert: It was Kiawah Island Resort in South Carolina and Pebble Beach in California!
